The latest inductee into the Essex Spartans Hall of Fame has been announced as Aaron Griffiths.

Aaron has recently transferred to the current and 14 time British Champions the London Olympians where he will play at the pinnacle of British football, in the BAFL Premier Division.

Aaron played quarterback for the Spartans from 2001 - 2006. He was voted offensive MVP in 2003 and 2005 and team MVP in 2005. Before joining the Spartans he played senior football at the Redbridge Fire (1996-1998), youth football at the London Capitals (1992-1994) and junior touch football at the Kent Rams (1989).

The number 4 shirt Aaron wore during his time at the Spartans will also be retired.
